RENTAL GUIDELINES

Pick-up and drop-off times are between 7AM - 7PM 7 days a week. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconveniences or late return fees. Any rentals returned late will accrue a pro rated amount as the late fee into the next day.

Renters must provide a valid drivers license, auto insurance and credit card for a deposit. Copies of these documents will be kept on file for the duration of the rental. The rental forms MUST be signed by the individual renting the trailer.

All vehicles towing a trailer equipped with electric brakes MUST have a brake controller. All vehicles towing a trailer should be in good working order, suitable for that trailer and its payload capacity. 

We accept all major credit cards or PayPal if booked on the website. We also accept cash in person and are working on other payment options at the moment. We require full payment before the trailer leaves for the rental period.

The rental trailer must be returned to the same location it was picked up from. If there are any issues with returning the trailer on-time or to that location please contact us as soon as possible to discuess other options.

***There may be a fee asscoiated with a late return, however we will handle this on a case by case basis***

Trailers must be returned in the same or better condition than when they left. Any damage or excessive dirt may result in additional fees. Prior to pick-up we will go over the trailer and annotate any issues for your convinence.  

Please abide by any local, state, federal or towing laws while using our trailers. We want to ensure you have a safe and pleasant experience. That said, if you are unsure of something, new to towing or using a trailer PLEASE ask questions and we can go over the processes and questions with you. 

If you would like to schedule the trailer to be dropped off to your location or once complete picked up from your location, you can do that! We offer a flat rate of $25 per delivery and $25 per pick up if you are within 25 miles of Azle. If you are outside of these limits feel free to call us for a quote. 

We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, if you need to cancel your rental please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up to avoid cancelltion fees. 

If a Trailer reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time, the rental deposit will be forfeited. For multi-day rentals, if canceled within 24 hours, the rental deposit fee is forfeited and, a 1-day rental fee is forfeited, and the difference will be refunded.
